Our Advice Process

Our Advice Process

Our broad advice process offers a structure to how we provide our services, but we understand the importance of flexibility in our approach.

After an initial conversation with our team, a process tailored to your circumstances will be discussed.

Step 1

Getting to know you

Getting to know you, or your business is an important step in building a picture of your financial position.

Your adviser will take this opportunity to introduce themselves, answer any questions about how we provide advice and ask any questions that will give us the information we need to provide a well-considered solution.

Step 2

Creating a plan

We’ll explore and research various scenarios based on the information we have, your goals and preferences.

At this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to adjust the plan, as we understand preferences are often formed at the point when a plan is presented to you.

Step 3

Implementing your plan

We take steps to implement your plan, once we have your instruction to do so. At this point, we’ll talk to you about the next review stage, so that you’re always aware of timescales and where we are in the process.

Step 4 & Ongoing

Review progress and update

Your plan will be implemented according to the legislation, regulation and market conditions of today, and so it’s important to review the plan in the context of real-world changes.

Reviewing your plan is as important as making it in the first instance, and so your adviser will reach out regularly so this can happen. You are of course welcome to make contact if your circumstances change. Your adviser will let you know which changes are important for us to know about.
